Sensex rises 200 points ahead Fed chair's speech; Nifty near 11,600

Broader market indices were faring better than their headline peers as Nifty Smallcap added 0.78 per cent while Nifty Midcap climbed 0.70 per cent. Broadest index on NSE, Nifty 500 was up 0.55 per cent.
