Warburg Pincus aims to hike stake in Good Host Spaces to 50% in 2 years

Last week, Warburg’s affiliate Baskin Lake Investment acquired mortgage lender HDFC’s 24.48 per cent stake in the company for over Rs 216 crore along with a primary investment, taking its stake to around 30 per cent.
