NBCC asks Jaypee Infra IRP to put firm's resolution plan to vote

In an addendum filed on Saturday morning, NBCC has claimed to have addressed the reservations raised by the CoC members and has suggested that the company’s plan be considered for voting that is expected to start from Monday. NBCC has also stated that it reserves the right to seek recourse before an appropriate legal forum.
